Corrosion Control

Whether dealing with corrosion or other material degradation issues with infrastructure, mobile or fixed communication/electronics equipment, ground support equipment, or aircraft, our team of Corrosion Program Management Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) has the knowledge base to resolve those issues. For over a decade our team’s staff has provided the U.S. Air Force’s Tactical and Special Operations Forces, Heavy Lift aircraft and Rotary Wing System Program Offices with outstanding Engineering, Technical and Program management support.

Both of our corrosion prevention and control programs have both been recognized by U.S. Air Force Senior Executive Staff personnel as the “Best in the Air Force.” Our personnel have been leaders in corrosion prevention, control, policy development and program support since 2006.

Staffing Support

Since 2015, MEC Energy Services has staffed the US Army’s Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing & Technology Center (JMTC). We provide a wide array of highly skilled professional personnel in over 50 specialties, including scientists, engineers, fabricators, administrative assistants, quality/ISO auditors and production planners, just to name a few.

Our personnel are fully integrated team members working side-by-side with our government civil service counterparts in logistics operations, production, program management, administrative, engineering, quality assurance, science and laboratories. We also support the production and maintenance of M-119 Howitzers, M-203 Grenade Launchers, M2 .50 caliber Machine Guns and the M997A3 HMMWV Field Ambulance.

Our goal for the Rock Island Arsenal is to provide exceptional personnel staffing services continually refined by flexible, responsive, and highly engaged on-site management. To date, our US Army customer has been extremely pleased with our performance and rated our overall personnel staffing services as “exceptional.”

Since 2019, we’ve provided the U.S. Department of State augmentation services CONUS and OCONUS. Personnel provided are high-clearance and high specialization professionals.

U.S. Department of Agriculture

MES provides administrative support services at Natural Resources Conservation
Service (NRCS) state and field offices in Iowa, Montana, and Oregon. Duties include
accounts management, data entry, and document review.

U.S. Department of State

MES provides augmentation services CONUS and OCONUS for the U.S.
Department of State.

Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)

Together with sister company and joint venture partner Dae Sung, we perform specialized support services for DLA Aviation at Tinker AFB, Warner Robins AFB and Hill AFB, which include all areas of contract administrative support.

U.S. Army

We provide support, maintenance and repair services to U.S. Army Joint Services Providers on printers and copiers throughout the District of Columbia metropolitan area, including Virginia and Maryland.

United States Air Force

MEC Energy Services is an established and internationally recognized leader in the field of corrosion prevention, control program policy and policy oversight. Our team of experts developed new, more effective Corrosion Prevention and Control Programs for the following U.S. Air Force Weapon Platforms: C-130 tactical and special operations aircraft, C-5 cargo aircraft, and rotary wing. We conduct on-equipment corrosion surveys and corrosion program assessments worldwide, revise technical data and drawings, develop and conduct material tests and evaluations, and demonstration/validation of new, more effective and environmentally acceptable corrosion inhibiting materials and processes.Our C-5 and C-130 SPO corrosion program customers have both been recognized by U.S. Air Force senior executive personnel and the Air Force Corrosion Program Office as the "Best in the Air Force."

U.S. Army Rock Island Arsenal

With Dae Sung, we provide staffing support at the Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center civil service workforce. The personnel we supply cover diverse fields of expertise, including engineering, the physical sciences, logistics and quality assurance.Our staffing services fully accommodate federal budgetary constraints and variable employment timeframes.
